Larry Herrmann

Larry graduated from the University of Dayton with a BS Degree in Marketing and received his CPA certificate in the state of Ohio.

Since graduation Larry has held several senior management roles with a contractor; both large regional and local CPA firms; a contract manufacturing company with a Fortune 100 Customer base; and as an independent CFO for numerous companies.

In Public Accounting Larry spent his career providing tax, accounting, auditing, and management advisory services for closely held companies in various industries as well as maintaining client development and staff training responsibilities.

As a CFO Larry's expertise encompasses general accounting and internal controls, inventory management, product profitability & breakeven analysis, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow forecasting and debt management, capital procurement, banking, compensation/benefits, and risk management.  Larry has successfully initiated performance metrics to drive profitability; developed an acquisition strategy in support of growth initiatives; analyzed / negotiated potential acquisitions and conducted due diligence, and established formal strategic planning and budgeting processes for both operating and capital requirements.

Areas of expertise include manufacturing, construction and construction services, automotive dealerships, and retail.

Larry currently serves as the Treasurer, and on the Executive Committee, of Life Essentials, Inc. a local non-profit agency and on the Advisory Board of Energy Optimizers USA.
